Faizal AF4 atau nama penuhnya Faizal Ramly seorang artis yang dilahirkan melalui satu rancangan realiti TV yang terkenal iaitu Akademi Fantasia pada musim yang keempat. Sudah lama kita tidak mendegar berita mengenai beliau adakah beliau masih lagi aktif dalam dunia seni ataupun masih bertapa di rumahnya.
‘Kesenyapan’ ini membuat orang ramai terutamanya peminatnya begitu tertanya-tanya ke manakah perginya seorang penyanyi yang berkebolehan dan mempunyai suara ala ’serak-serak’ basah ini.
Ada juga yang berkata ‘kesenyapan’ berlaku kerana syarikat rakamanya lebih mendahulukan orang lain daripada Faizal selain itu ketiadaan kontroversi mengenai beliau juga menjadi faktor mengapa beliau ’sepi’ di dalam dunia hiburan tanah air.
Benar! sebelum ini pernah ada kontroversi mengenai beliau tetapi ‘kontroversi’ itu sekejap sahaja tidak seperti ‘kontroversi’ yang dicetuskan oleh Mawi seorang penyanyi yang dikatakan ada Aura dan kini gagal mempertahankan ABP yang dimenanginya dulu kerana Faizal ni seorang yang suka berterus terang, jadi jika bertanya Faizal akan menjawabnya dengan jujur tidak seperti Mawi.
Pihak-pihak penyiaran seperti radio dan tv juga dilihat sekarang sudah tidak lagi menjemput beliau untuk konsert-konsert, menyiarkan lagu beliau dan malah media masa pun kurang menceritakan berita mengenai beliau. Sayang Sekali penyanyi yang berbakat besar ini dinafikan hak untuk berjaya oleh mereka-mereka yang hanya mementingkan keuntungan.
Penulis berharap satu masa nanti ada pihak yang dapat membuat ‘Come Back’ Faizal dengan lagu-lagu yang boleh memanaskan carta muzik Malaysia dan lagu yang terbaik untuk penyanyi yang terbaik, demi kesinambungan kerjaya seni Faizal dan juga arena muzik tanah air lebih baik mereka melakukan sesuatu.
