Sebelum ini banyak pihak yang mengatakan Michael Jackson telah memeluk Islam ia juga turut menjadi persoalan adakah benar Michael Jakcson telah memeluk Islam ataupun tidak. Namun semalam persoalan ini terjawab apabila Michael Jackson atau nama Islamnya Mikael dikatakan meninggalkan wasiat mahu dikebumikan secara Islam.

Pemergian MJ@Mikael ini merupakan satu kehilangan yang amat besar kepada arena muzik dunia, sumbangan beliau memang tidak ternilai, persembahan luar biasa hebat dan bertenaganya juga tidak lagi boleh ditonton secara ‘live’ sepertimana yang berlaku sebelum ini kini hanya yang tinggal lagu-lagu dan persembahan-persembahan Allahyarham yang terdahulu yang mungkin akan diulang tayang pada masa-masa akan datang.
